Welcome back, Frontend Developer Jessie Lock
We’re delighted to announce the return of Frontend Developer Jessie Lock to Annertech.
Jessie, who is originally from Singapore but now lives in France, joined the Annertech team in 2022, but took a break to focus on her family. After having her second child a year ago, Jessie has returned to Annertech.
“There's a special feeling about being a new mom again after a gap of 10 years,” she says.
Jessie speaks three languages – English, French and Mandarin. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, yoga, video games, and racket sports such as badminton and tennis.
“I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, planning activities for the kids and doing artsy things, like making homemade cards and planning a ‘busy board’ for the little one. My husband and I enjoy video games – it was our thing, but now we're also starting to include my 10-year-old in our gaming time – teaching him how to game… I’m not sure that it’s such a great idea but it’s been fun spending time with him like this,” she says.
Jessie is passionate about writing code, and has been working with Drupal since 2012.
“It was so nice working with Annertechies, so I’m thrilled to rejoin Annertech. I feel like I can learn a lot from this team, and being a new mother, I love the flexibility that Annertech allows me.”
