Stella Power is Going for Growth
Annertech’s Managing Director Stella Power has hit the new year running! This month is the start of the 2025 Going for Growth programme, and Stella has been selected as one of the participants.
Going for Growth is an initiative funded by Enterprise Ireland and KPMG and aims to support female entrepreneurs in growing their businesses.
Participants are offered a unique learning environment with a peer-led approach. This means that participants are given time with successful or “lead” entrepreneurs, many of whom have also taken part in the programme in the past, and other participants facing common challenges.

“I’m so excited about taking part in this programme, and am hoping that it will help me to take Annertech to the next level,” said Stella Power, who will be one of the participants this year.
“The programme has been running since 2008 and past participants have given it glowing reviews. I’m looking forward to meeting other participants as well as the lead entrepreneurs, to learn and grow from them, and am honoured to be included with such an esteemed group of women.”
Going for Growth is centred around “round table” discussions, which offers the lead entrepreneurs the opportunity to meet with small groups of women owners and managers to support their development.
The sessions explore a series of relevant questions related to growth and work through a series of agendas that explore these questions with a focus on achieving growth.
In 2023, Stella was selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Class of 2023/24. This prestigious programme empowers high-potential women entrepreneurs to scale and grow their businesses globally.
“I got such a lot out of the EY programme and I’m looking forward to participating in the Going for Growth programme too,” she said.
